Educate the customer on the origin of the material and its manufacture. Higher engagement established through product recommendations and outfitting without leaving the page. Customer reviews and easy add to cart (overlay) experience and product softness illustrated through innovative softness scale to drive higher conversions.

GOALS

  1. Add customer reviews to build credibility and trust

  2. Add video to the product page experience for a 360 view of the product on figure

  3. Add ‘shop the look’ functionality for the customer to style and build wardrobe without leaving the PDP

  4. Add softness scale to give customer a feel of product

  5. Add material origin and education to reinforce quality messaging
